1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MeOrMi Philippines ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MeOrMi Philippines is an online marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, renters, and service providers within the Philippines. The Platform allows users to:

• Post listings for rental properties, items for sale, and services
• Browse and search for listings
• Communicate with other users through our chat system
• Book rentals and services
• Manage wallet and subscription plans

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Listings and Transactions

4.1 Posting Listings

Users may post listings subject to the following:

• Listings must be accurate and not misleading
• Prohibited items include illegal goods, weapons, and counterfeit products
• Listings are subject to review and removal at our discretion
• Pay-per-post fee of ₱10 applies per listing
• Listings remain visible for 30 days

4.2 Transactions

MeOrMi Philippines facilitates connections between users but is not a party to any transaction. Users are responsible for:

• Negotiating terms of sale, rental, or service
• Payment arrangements
• Delivery or fulfillment of services
• Resolving disputes between parties

5. Subscription Plans

MeOrMi offers the following subscription plans:

• Basic: ₱499/month - 50 listings
• Premium: ₱1,499/month - 200 listings with 5 featured listings
• Ultimate: ₱4,999/month - Unlimited listings with 20 featured listings

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Refund policies are outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Wallet and Payments

6.1 Wallet System

Users can maintain a wallet balance for posting fees and subscription payments. All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱).

6.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum top-up: ₱50
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to circumvent fees or subscription charges
• Impersonate other individuals or entities

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on MeOrMi Philippines are owned by or licensed to us. Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

MeOrMi Philippines is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Disputes between users
• Quality of goods or services listed
• Accuracy of listings
• Any damages arising from use of the Platform

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
